The conference will feature a keynote address at 3:30 p.m. from retired U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Ann C. Phillips, who is the administrator for the Department of Transportations .

Panel discussions on coastal resilience, offshore wind, autonomous technologies and maritime workforce opportunities will feature 圖朸厙 faculty members and industry partners.
