¹ÏÉñÍø’s College of Sciences held their third annual Environmental Career Fair on Tuesday, November 14. This fair was targeted and developed for ¹ÏÉñÍø undergraduate students majoring in Biological Sciences, Chemistry and Ocean & Earth Sciences. The purpose was for Monarchs to make meaningful connections with industry professionals.
Jem Baldisimo, an Ecological Sciences doctoral candidate at ¹ÏÉñÍø, has been selected as a 2025 Knauss Marine Policy Fellow.
Josh Wager is a third-year physics undergraduate student at ¹ÏÉñÍø. Originally, he’s from Omaha, Nebraska, and his family settled down in Virginia in 2018. He graduated from Western Branch High School in 2022 before starting his journey at ¹ÏÉñÍø.
More than 500 students in grades K-12 along with their parents took part in the fourth annual Reign in Science Day at ¹ÏÉñÍø on Sat., Sept. 28.
