Dear Faculty and Staff,
We previously communicated that ¹ÏÉñÍø has taken a more proactive role in the management of our supplemental retirement plans. This process includes assessing the overall need for enhancements and additional benefits to help you meet your retirement goals. As a result, we are pleased and excited to announce a new benefit. We are now offering participant advice and financial wellness education as a benefit to our employees.
As a reminder, in 2018 the University formed a Retirement Plan Investment Committee in partnership with CAPTRUST, an independent, objective retirement plan consultant (see below for Committee members). CAPTRUST works with the Committee in the review and ongoing monitoring of the Plan's investments, design, administration, cost, and results. CAPTRUST's depth of resources, leverage and unique perspective allows them and our Committee to deliver effective solutions. This continued work supports us in meeting our fiduciary requirements while assuring that our 403(b) and Cash Match Plans meet the ongoing needs of our entire employee population.
