Following current industry standards, ¹ÏÉñÍø does not offer the option to use phone call for two-factor authentication with Duo. Phone call authentication is subject to abuse like SIM hijacking and auto-accept mechanisms, and there are significant costs. Other authentication options are more secure and ensure the validity of login activity. Learn more about options atÌýodu.edu/two-factor.

We recommend storing business files in OneDrive instead of your local hard drive, for several reasons:
- OneDrive filesÌýare accessible from any device with an internet connection and can be shared easily with colleagues. Additionally, when your computer is re-imaged as part of the tech integration, your filesÌýlive safely in the cloud and are in no danger of being deleted.
- When your files are stored in OneDrive, you free up space on your computer's hard drive, allowing your device to perform better.
- Files are backed up and auto-saved. The latest version is always available, even if your computer crashes or the power goes out.
These standard applications will be installed on all devices:
- Adobe Reader
- Cisco Any Connect
- Cisco Workspace
- CrowdStrike - Always on Anti-Virus Protection
- Google Chrome
- McAfee USB Encryption
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
Not necessarily. Here are some things you can try:

- Check theÌýCompany Portal; the application may be available for installation.
