On behalf of ¹ÏÉñÍø libraries, I want to extend a warm welcome to the Spring 2021 semester. Whether new to ¹ÏÉñÍø or returning, I hope everyone had an opportunity over the last few weeks to rest, reflect, and safely connect with those close to you. Notably, 2020 was certainly a challenging time, and although the calendar has advanced, our institutions, communities and ourselves continue to be tested. We are fortunate that ¹ÏÉñÍø is a place where Monarchs rise to a challenge as demonstrated this past fall.
The campus is place where we support and find strength in each other and value both what makes us unique and what we share in common. This is a time to rely on each other, extend a hand to those who need it (even if virtually), and direct energy each day toward building a future characterized by equity, diversity, inclusivity, and respect. The University Libraries' collections, tools, and expertise are ready resources to support you in both academic and civic endeavors. Stay safe and healthy, take care of those around you, and #ReignResponsibly.
