Get started

Faculty and staff:

  • Click the button above and log in with your MIDAS ID and password.
  • Search for a topic or course and start learning!

Find content

  • Search:ÌýThe search bar at the top of the screen allows you to search by keyword, subject, author, title and more.
  • Browse:ÌýClick on the "Library" link at the top of the screen to browse by topic.
  • Playlists:ÌýCreateÌýand share playlists or find curated playlists compiled by experts.

Certificates of Completion
When you finish a course, you can receive a certificate of completion. Print, email, or share the certificate on your LinkedIn profile.


Learn on the go

The free apps for , and Kindle allow you to download courses to watch whenever you want. Watch courses on your mobile device while connected to the internet, or download as many courses as you like to multiple devices to watch offline.

Access the LinkedIn Learning library from your computer or mobile device to watch entire courses or single tutorial videos as you need them.

LinkedIn Learning is offered at no cost to faculty and staff. It is not currently available to affiliates or students, except for student employees. Depending on your role at ¹ÏÉñÍø, your MIDAS ID is all you need to access the entire learning library.Ìý

You can't create groups directly within LinkedIn Learning, but you can create and share collections with other users or assign videos to your team.

Create Collection

  • From the top of any LinkedIn Learning page, click onÌýMy Learning.
  • ClickÌýCollections.
  • ClickÌýCreate New Collection.
  • Give your new collection a title and description.
  • Search for videos to add to your collection. When you find one you'd like to add, click theÌýMoreÌýbutton, thenÌýAdd to collection.
  • Select the collection you want to add the video to, and clickÌý+ Add, thenÌýDone.

Share Collection

  • From the top of any LinkedIn Learning page, click onÌýMy Learning.
  • ClickÌýCollections.
  • ClickÌýShareÌýnext to the collection you'd like to share.
  • SelectÌýShared with: ¹ÏÉñÍø, then copy the link that is generated.
  • Paste the link into an email to invite individuals to view your collection.

Once a learner completes the videos in the collection, they can send you a transcript or certificate to confirm successful completion.

Faculty:

  • Supplement curricula and teach technical skills outside of class.
  • Ensure TAs are prepared for software that students will use in coursework.

Staff:

  • Professional development: Keep your skills current and learn new skills.
  • Explore new technologies and interests.
  • Get certificates of completion you can post on LinkedIn.

A new user will have the option to associate their personal profile with their ¹ÏÉñÍø Learning profile when they sign up. This only shares high-level profile information so that LinkedIn Learning can customize the learning experience for a user based on profile information.
