The ¹ÏÉñÍø Pilates Center is a growing Pilates community that includes a fully equipped studio, personalized instruction, mixed equipment classes and mat classes. The ¹ÏÉñÍø Pilates Center is a division of the ¹ÏÉñÍø Dance Program and is housed in The Diehn Center for the Performing Arts at 1339 W. 49th Street, on the campus of ¹ÏÉñÍø.
The center offers high-quality Pilates instruction in a welcoming environment. We are dedicated to honoring and empowering each client on their journey toward personal growth and well-being. From rehabilitation of injury to high performance athleticism, the ¹ÏÉñÍø Pilates Center offers motivating classes and sessions to guide you towards an understanding of individualized movement and full body health.
