Our graduate programs offer a range of exciting specializations including U.S. foreign policy, conflict and cooperation, international political economy, strategic leadership, comparative cultural and political studies, and modeling and simulation. GPIS students interact with distinguished faculty in interdisciplinary, globally-oriented MA and PhD programs that are designed to guide them in exploring important political, economic, social, and cultural aspects of our interdependent world.

We pride ourselves on having a vibrant student body that comes from diverse backgrounds within the United States and all over the world. Our students regularly receive Fulbright scholarships and secure NATO internships. Equipped with outstanding knowledge of world affairs as well as analytical and cross-cultural skills, GPIS graduates have succeeded in leadership positions in academia, government, and the non-profit sector. In addition, the deep and dynamic GPIS alumni network provides mentoring opportunities for current and future students, enhancing their prospects for successful careers after graduation.
