Current ¹ÏÉñÍø students, faculty and staff are eligible to borrow materials from the University Libraries. A valid ¹ÏÉñÍø ID card is required. Friends of the University Libraries, ¹ÏÉñÍø alumni, and specified community groups are eligible for restricted borrowing privileges.
¹ÏÉñÍø Libraries has reciprocal borrowing agreements with many institutions. These programs allow ¹ÏÉñÍø faculty, staff and students to check out materials from other cooperating libraries.

¹ÏÉñÍø alumni receive one year of free borrowing privileges after graduation. Alumni may renew their borrowing privileges after the free year by making a $25 contribution to the Dominion Fund.See the website for more information. | Current students, faculty and staff at all VIVA member institutions are eligible to borrow from ¹ÏÉñÍø up to 6 circulating items at a time. If you would like to dispute a fine or fee on your library record, submit the  Appeals will be answered via email within one business day.
University accounts (Banner / Leo) are blocked when debts owed to ¹ÏÉñÍø Libraries reach $5. Students are still able to register for classes if the amount owed is under $100.00, however the following actions are not available until the debt is paid and the block removed: release of transcript, ability to view grades, additional accounts receivable activity.
To have blocks removed contact the Learning Commons to arrange payment. ¹ÏÉñÍø Libraries accepts payment by cash, personal check, money order or Monarch Plus card. Credit cards cannot be accepted. Payments can be made in person or by U.S. mail. Monarch Plus payments can be made in person or by phone. Debts above $25 and older than 90 days are referred to the university's collection agency, Todd, Bremer & Lawson, P.O. Box 36788, Rock Hill, SC 29732-0512. Phone: (877) 427-6544. Debt referred to the collection agency must be paid directly to them. The agency charges a 20% collection fee in addition to debt charged by ¹ÏÉñÍø Libraries.
