The Ph.D. program in industrial/organizational psychology at ¹ÏÉñÍø follows the scientist-practitioner model, emphasizing psychological theory and behavioral science. Faculty members involved in the industrial/organizational psychology program have expertise in organizational change, team processes, performance appraisal, work-family issues, and the inclusion of women and minorities in the workplace. They are well versed in research design and statistics. We encourage students to make innovative and professional contributions to the field.
